By accessing or using Shadow AI Gov, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Shadow AI Gov provides discovery, monitoring, and governance tools for managing Non-Human Identities (NHIs) and Shadow AI usage across corporate networks. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of Shadow AI Gov is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to a "Metadata-First" and "Lazy Capture" approach, strictly minimizing the retention of raw payloads unless explicit high-risk thresholds are met.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
