We are a privacy-first platform. Our discovery agents extract only the essential operational metadata (such as tool name, IP, and timestamp) required to attribute Shadow AI usage. Raw payload contents and AI prompts are immediately dropped from our ingest pipelines unless they explicitly violate high-risk policies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected metadata solely to provide analytics, generate risk exposure dashboards, and enforce your organization's AI governance policies. We do not sell your data to third parties, nor do we use it to train AI models.
3. Data Security and Retention
High-risk incidents involving raw payloads are isolated in secure Investigation Capsules and are automatically purged after 30 days. All stored data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
